We require added functionality to be added to Jreviews we need file uploading and tracking to be implemented in a clean plug-in scenario with only the hook needing to be added to the Jreviews template in other words the completed project should have the ability to simply integrate the file handling into any Jreviews site by installing the needed modules and plugins with only a minimal change to the Jreviews template.

We are currently using Rokdownlaods http://www.rockettheme.com/extensions-joomla/rokdownloads

We do like this plugin and if we could have a plugin built to interface with it to facilitate the file handling for Jreviews this would be the best scenario.

This is what the competed project would have to deliver

In the add listing template a upload file field to be displayed, this would put the uploaded file in the correct directory for Rokdownlaods and add the listings first image as the file icon in rokdownloads it would also insert the listings short description as the files description in rokdownlads.

It would add a download link in the Jreview listing to the correct file

It would insert the number of downloads into the jreviews listing

As I have said I would prefer to use Rokdownlaods to facilitate the file handling but we are open to suggestions if you believe there would be a better way.

The reason we want to use rokdownlads or similar is the advanced searching functionalities that we do not want to lose such as most downloaded, popular downloads, new downloads, most rated etc etc
