Description: I am looking for an excellent joomla master to

1) Line up image(s) with the top of each table in every section and make all tables display the same.

2) Add a tiled background image of the company logo faded at a 45 degree angle

3) Change the contact details graphic on the top right of the page as there is a spelling mistake, Edinburgh is the correct spelling

4) News section enabled and shown on left and top menus, so customer can add new items.

I need this completed urgently. Please only bid if you have excellent Joomla/Html experience.
