Description

We had a very good programmer create a Joomla component for us that offers an interface where the user enters their personal information, this information is then submitted to a third party identity verification service. The service then returns with a series of questions which the user must answer in order to verify they are who they say they are.

This component was working up until recently and we are unable to locate the programmer we worked with earlier.

I have attached the appropriate files and a link follows which will allow you to see the component in action.
To test simply enter fake personal information and hit submit.
