Description: I am looking for a long term Joomla dev that can turn designs in to templates. I have more work than I can handle on my own so I need to get a reliable coder who I can use for overflow work.

Right now I have a 4 site backlog, if the first site goes well, there is more work available.

If you are not a Joomla 1.5.x expert, please do not waste my time. Code must be valid XHTML and CSS and will be checked across all major browsers.
