Description

I need to change the Joomla core to be able to have users use the submit article. Is already setup but only "authors" can do this. Criteria:

Registered User Can Submit NOT guests
Shows the editor as usual
Shows the publishing box
-Can only be published in the Blog section and Blog Category
-Take out option to publish on front page
-Take out options to start and stop publishing (make article last forever until deleted)
-Take out option for access level and just set as public

See attached picture for what is currently on my website. ALso post 'KJA' in bid so I know you have read this.
