Description

When installing components/plugins I get the following errors:
JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Unable to create destination

I understand this could be because of permission issues, ownership and or PHP Safe mode. I have spent about as much time as I can trouble shooting this I now need an expert.

The PHP safe mode is currently ON for local and OFF for Master. I have set all files in Joomla that need write permissions to 777.

I am looking for someone to fix this problem, modify permissions and ownership of files the way they are suppose to be. I need this done ASAP so if you are one of the first to bid chances are you will be the one working on this project. I need this completed today. I will provide full access to server.

This is running on a dedicated 1and1.com server with plesk 9.

In addition to this I would like whoever works on this to please help me trouble shoot the SSL cert. I have installed it but it does not seem to be working.
