Content to allow hotel to easily publish the following content: About Us Special Offers Rooms – with upload facility for pictures and video Events- Info on forth coming events Sign up – for special offers ‘Name, Email, Address, Tel Location- with link to google maps “enter postcode in admin area” Contact us – Tel numbers and address News –developments at the hotel Facilities- List of services offered Booking – Module to be developed at a later date Press- area to store high res images of hotel and information about the hotel In the Admin Area: Enter defaults for Hotel Name, Address, Tel, WWW, Email, Star Rating, No of Rooms, Restaurant Help Page with link to video instructions on how to use service, style guide showing images sizes and names to edit. NewsLetter- Create and email a newsletter to send to signups Edit Front page Reset to defaults – if they messup they can press this and it will reset to default template Not required: Search option, Whos Online, Polls, ------- Bidders must beable to demonstate they can do joomla templates Budget = no more than $500
