Description

Hi,
I need a developer who is experienced with Joomla templates. We would like to install Joomla v. 1.5. Here is the concept page:

The homepage will have a flash movie up at the top. (Will will provide you with the Flash movie in .swf file format). The backpages will be JPGs. We will have some pages with 3 column design, some pages with 2 column design.

All in all we will have less than 10 pages. We just need you to develop the template. We will upload all content into Joomla.

Please give me a time/cost estimate.
