Description

I have an existing site based on Skadate dating script however I want to produce new layout template. I will then have the template integrated into my site at a later date.
I can provide a jpeg of the new layout. I need around 6-10 pages created using tableless css. It's a very simple layout & most of the pages share the same header, menu bar, footer & colour scheme. I require the finished html template and css for the site. I can provide the banners & photos to be used in the pages but I'll need you to provide the gif's for the menu bar based on the layout that I provide.

CSS/HTML needs to be W3C validated and without tables

Time frame is approx 7 days. Budget is $150 - $250.
