As you could see, there are thumbnails of videos on the right side of every page. We need:

1. The thumbnails should show the scene from the middle of the video, instead of the very first scene. (which is almost always the title, and therefore very dark, etc)

2. We need to make the thumbnails bigger (will provide the exact size) without loosing on the video image quality.

*Looking for someone who could start and finish ASAP.
**You will need to create a copy of the page and work on that copy before approved, instead of working on the live site.
***We are, however, on a limited budget here, so, please, be reasonable.

i can try to change your ClipShare site so it generates the thumbnails from the middle of the video and regenerate all the existing thumbnails
