I need someone to take uTorrent's current WebUI and remove some features from it.

*Remove the settings button
*Remove the Ctrl + S command to open the settings page
*Remove the ability to change settings via the URL form

Hi, I don’t even need to make those changes - I know a program that has all of the features of a utorrent, but this program is aimed towards someone that wishes to allow "admin" and "normal user", where normal users are allowed to login via the web interface with only "add torrent" permissions. As well as this, the administrator has a whole host of abilities, including messaging normal users, deleting, creating, and limiting accounts and much more. I guarantee this is the perfect program for you! Ollie
