Description

I need someone who is expert in using the Magento system and be able to make upgrades to my site. E.g. I want to be able to add questions at check out about "where did you hear about us?" Or add questions in the register form to ask for customers D.O.B so I have record of their birthdate in order to send out bday card or gift to my customers on their bday.

Other tasks I need are creating e-newsletter so you need to be good at designing and marketing as well.

I will make ongoing changes to my site and need someone who can be creative and also make suggestions to my site. I want someone who can work in my business long term and manage/maintain my Magento CMS
