Description

I need you to send the input of following form to my email.

Here is the HTML version they have attached, download them

there are two fields there

Field Number one and Field Number two which is password protector


I want when client filled these forms and clicked on "sign in" button, these info be sent to my email address
and an error message appears on the page after submitting, for the second time they submit the info, again the info will be send to my email address and they will be redirect an URL.

so here is what you need to do

Page1.htm > you should make the form working, when some one filled it and clicked on sign it, those info should be send to my
email and this message in red color should appear under login box "The username or password you entered is incorrect."
(here is html code for that error, i will also have added the page with error to atachments so you know where to put the code.

the error should be occurs once for each person,i mean the second time it doesn't need to show errors
here is my suggestion for you, you don't need to make a session for this to check IP or Cookies ...

You need to create two pages, Page1 always shows Error after submitting and it (page1) will redirect to page2
Page2 Doesn't show errors after submitting and it will redirect it to an URL
