Description

I need a landing zone exactly like www.pokertrainingnetwork.org to be the front end to www.pokertrainingnetworker.com
The "send an email" needs to go to my address

I would also like to add a "Visit our blog" on this landing zone that then takes us to the www.pokertrainingnetworker.com site as it exists now (Wordpress).

So, when someone goes to www.pokertrainingnetworker.com - they hit the landing zone with the form.
From the landing zone they can also "Visit our blog"

Need this FAST!!!

I do not have any source files for www.pokertrainingnetwork.org so you will need to duplicate everything from scratch.
