we are interested in modify phpmotion script to obtain this 2 features:

i) people can record videos only from some fix public webcam after logged-in. is impossible to upload video from home webcam or other webcam that are not ours. from home people can use all the other functionality of phpmotion.

ii) we need that the video is flash recorder in this way: a)a person log.in (or signup if not registered to the system); b) he record the video; c) he can review his video and, if is fine for him, he decide to upload.


i need that this scripts will be fully integrated with phpmotion.

we need to modify the core so PHPmotion let me:

i) upload movies just by this 3 webcams and not allow people to upload from home. can afford at home to upload music, photos, etc. ..

ii) have a login form more 'streamlined so that the user can quickly record from university webcams, without having to watch the mail for the confirmation link (and, for example, submit complete info from home when succesively login).so, I must therefore be able to distinguish whether the connection and upload the movie from being made in each workstation or home.

I imagine it is rather complicated to do, but if there was a technique possibility to do so, i will try to work about!

I also thought about the possibility of establishing some sort of "super user" so that all videos uploaded by the stations were made on behalf of this "super user" and then, from home, any user, once logged in, can find his videos and change from " superuser" to "user name ". this must be done only once (subsequent modifications can be made only by admin) and only if the user is 'superuser'. In this case, I think i should work with the rules of the ACL, but frankly i do not know where to start!
