Need experienced programmer to complete a list of modifications for phpfox v 1.6 RC1.

Conditions: Do not bid on this job if you can not complete this job on time.
Do not bid if you can not communicate with me while working on this project.
Do not bid if you are a 9-5 programmer.
Do not bid if you have less than 3 years programming experience.
It is very helpful if you have previous work experience with this script.
You must know how to fix problems quickly and trouble shoot.

This script needs lots of modifications to fit my site needs but, for now, I need the mameem theme template installed and everything must be working bug free when completed. The theme is very simple as I have installed it before. I had a couple issues that i didnt know how to fix so i uninstalled it. Issue 1) index page didnt display one section properly. 2) shout box was there but did not work properly. 3)video section showed an error while trying to upload a video or use video import option. Video error was "wrong file format" just need someone to install and debug and make this theme functionable and working COMPLETELY no bugs at all.

Upon success of this install, I will have lots of additional work for this site for chosen, succeful programmer. Please dont bid unless you can start right now and keep in mind this site is currently LIVE so backup is crucial
