Description: URGENT! NEED in 1-2 DAYS!

Very simple script needed. Basically get data from mysql database and be able to output into Excel Sheet AND PDF page.

The output format needs to LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE attached sheet, please look. CANNOT CHANGE THE FORMAT!

Basically, I will pass a query such as "SELECT * FROM items_table WHERE item_code='XXXXX'"; For test, you can just use fake/test variables and output data, like: "aaaa", "bbbb".

For PDF output, please use FPDF: http://www.fpdf.org/
For Excel Output: Suggest a good library? Or do manually?

Hi, since this is very simple task - i'll do it for you at least price and maximum 2 days (2 days because i've never worked with fpdf class before). I am not sure what is the language in the excel spreadsheet you've attached - so hope you will explain which cells in excel/pdf document db fields will go to.
