Description

Teamlunch.com site will enable the gathering of lunch orders for large teams. It will provide additional functionality in addition to that seen in our current site at rtptogo.com.

The interface will be 1-4 pages of php output - built from interactions with a mySQL database.

Clean, simple frontpage to incorporate a web2.0 feel. Interface to be as simple as possible for the end user. I have currently mocked up a single entry field version of the homepage.

'ajax' search on main page for your 'team's name'
(ajax would provide result matches of existing team names stored in a mySql database - and display them similar to google's inline results)
if no matches were found - this same interface would allow the creation of a new team by the name being entered

selection of a specific team would then render the 'team' section or page...and the user would be prompted for a password to gain access

this team section (after login) would allow visibility for members of this team to see (in clean table form) userid + email + lunchorder. Additionally the primary point of contact will have the ability to
add users', 'delete users', 'deactivate users', 'email all', 'clear all current lunch orders'.

fairly straightforward stuff here - so clean interface is key.
