Description

I have a website that I need to appear in a window of a new website.
I need to be able to add a website name, logo, change the background area at the top. I want this overlay to have a blog, articles, general information and other functionality where it would go to a new page. The website that is in the background is a website that I cannot change or be modify in anyway. So I need the overlay to be what I can change. I would also like to be able to add advertising in the future with banners. I am not quite sure how to do this so I will listen too all ideas. I want the website to be able to be modified by myself and easy to change. This will be more for a template and I will have all rights to the design.

No Payment will be made until the project is completed and it is tested on the net.
