Description

I need a desktop app create to automate my work at this website: https://appraisalzone.lendervend.com

I do not own the site, I just work for it so I DO NOT have access to the source code (no ftp access). This is why I need the app to be desktop based, rather than web based.

The steps are simple.

1) I need it to automatically refresh the page every 3 seconds.
2) Orders come up when they are available. I will need it to automatically click the yes radial button. Here is a screen shot: http://i37.tinypic.com/2nsnhgm.jpg
3)If there is an order, after it clicks yes, I need it to click "OK".

Please**Only qualified bidders. This is an easy project. I don't want to pay more than $30.
