dear sir, I am willing and able to teach you how to program sites from code. However this is no easy project. Building sites doesnt just require good coding. building a good site requires you to generate content and graphics. the actual coding just brings it all together and generates what you see on a site. I will take you through XHTML (transitional), teach you css basic java then progress you onto php and MySQL. I think you'll need to learn in that order, because XHTML (replacing HTML) is the basic stage of web programming and after you learn that stage, the rest will be more understandable. As for the graphical site, i think you're better off getting a decent package (eg. PaintShop) and 'playing' around with the functions

If your serious about learning, I can teach you. I teach have experience teaching and helping out alot of people so I'm used to it. I don't know at all what to put for the number of days to delivery because it's all up to how fast you want to learn.
