Description

the thing is I don't need any FRONT END WORK, just need the back end done, I have provided example links for some areas, so I know the work can be done reasonably.

Database Structure, and SPECIAL STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MODULES WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE WINNING BIDDER.

this is NOT a JOOMLA / MAMBO type project. this needs to be done from scratch, as the concept I am working with is totally different.

winning bidder will also be given the basic structure for the location, layout, and how it needs to work. as well as the location of the uploads folder.
