Description:	The website is for property management companies who want to advertise multiple/single properties for renters to view. This website will eventually be an eCommerce-type website and will be completed in several phases. This phase requires users to add their names to a wait list and requires management companies to view the user wait list, landlord list, apartment portfolio, and add an apartment according to selected categories. Requirements: USER FUNCTION: - Create a wait list that allows each user can add his name to any apartment type for each property. His name and contact information will be made viewable to the management company - A user should not be able to add his name more than once to each wait list - Each user must be signed in (or signed up) so that he can add his name to the wait list MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS: VIEW Wait List - Managers should be able to view the wait list for each apartment - Selecting from a dropdown menu should re-order the wait list ADD Apartment: - Allow managers to select from a dynamic dropdown menu when adding an apartment (each category having its own sub-category): - Each country produces states in that country - Each state produces cities in that state - Both are selected from countries, states and cities in the database VIEW Apartment Portfolio: - Each manager currently has the ability to view the property list in his portfolio - Provide the ability for the manager to re-sort that list by country, state, city, or landlord name - Add pagination VIEW Landlord List: - Allow managers to view the list of landlords who take care of their properties - Provide ability to sort the landlord list by landlord name (ascending/descending order), city/state/country - Add Pagination ********Clarifications Please ask any questions if any part of the requirements is not clear.
