This is for for keyboard999 only

We have two javascript probelms to fix.

1. There is some javascript for setting the maximum width of the dispayed content in the browser. However, when the page loads in Internet Explorer, the content is displayed at maximum browser width as the content loads. Only after it has loaded is the content reduced to 1024 pixels wide. I would like it to be displayed at 1024 pixels wide as it downloads.

2. We have some javascript that shows or hides a block of text. At the moment the deafult is "hide". I'd like to change the default to "show"
