Description: I want a new website designed for my Web Design company. I would like it to be based on.

I like the design of http://www.cmsthemer.com/ but the accessibility of http://www.shift-design.com/ is great. I have very small budget which is only $75.00 or less. I know that is not along of money but there will be more work to follow.

I would like the website to be design off of http://www.cmsthemer.com/ website, but I need the feature like http://www.shift-design.com/. If you have any question please contact me. This will be an on going project. If have small website up and working right now, but I will need a basic page with design as a coming soon page for the website once I choose a designer.
