Description

I have existing web site: http://www.wserv.co.il/he/
which I would like to continue it's developing.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:

server scripting side:
PHP Version 4
The encoding of the pages need to be in UTF-8

client scripting side:
HTML
XHTML
DHTML
JavaScript
CSS Version 1
CSS Version 2
XML
W3C
The encoding of the pages need to be in UTF-8

Database:
MySQL Version 4
The Programmer need to work with MySQL database which is running on Linux Platform.
The encoding of the tables in the database level need to be UTF-8.

Web Server:
IIS 6

Operating System of the web server is:
Windows Server 2003

this means that the PHP code need to be compatible to PHP engine while it's working under CGI

method under IIS web server.

Do not forget the following:
This project involved RTL (Right to Left) and LTR (Left to Right) Text.
Please take a look on the site: http://www.wserv.co.il/he/
and see when RTL is used and when LTR is used.

The client scripting side include HTML , DHTML , JavaScript , CSS Version 1 and CSS Version 2.
All client scripting side need to be 100% compatibe with W3C standards and the compatible and

looks the same on the following web browsers:
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x , Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.x , Firefox 1.0 and above ,

Mozilla 1.5 and above , Safari 1.2 and above , Netscape 6.2 for Windows/Unix and above

note: When in the URL the domain name is powers-host.net and not wserv.co.il then this means

that the files will be reside in physical directory which is diffrent directory which is used

for wserv.co.il.
For instance the files/pages which available through the domain name wserv.co.il are saved

within the directory httpdocs
and the files/pages which available through the domain name powers-host.net are saved within the

directory httspdocs
there is different between httpdocs and httpsdocs
so please use not static urls/paths.
so please use dynamic urls/paths , which mean relative URLs/Paths.
