Description: Programmer needed (javascript or php plus MySQL) for the "ordering" pages of a travel vacation site. It needs to be similar in function to this page:

https://www.chattanoogapackages.com/order.htm.

You'll notice in the sample that all steps of the ordering process are on one page. I would like each step on its own separate page. Also, we need a database for the customers info (see attached Excel document).

The look and feel must be unique and not resemble the sample page. The only thing that should be copied from the sample page at the above-mentioned link is the content (packages, prices, descriptions, etc.)

Note: The process needs to be easily updated as prices and packages change.

I will supply all graphics, so your only work is programming (with copy & pasted text) and activating database.
