Description

I need a customised YUI uploader (multiple file) that will post some vars along with each file.

You will need to provide the following:

* a working example of an upload file that contains the YUI uploader interface (it should look like the attached file which uses the default styling).

* a custom php upload file

* a sample database (2 tables)

(Basically a working solution that I can then integrate into the project I'm working on)

The User Interface should accept multiple files and for each file will submit the 3 visible vars entered by the user and 2 hidden ones (a user id and a group id)

The third visible var needs to be a drop down populated from one of the database tables (any example data will do e.g. size)

The php upload handler file will need to rename each uploaded file (timestamp) and put it in an "uploads" directory, it will then need to create a new entry in the database for each file which includes all of the files associated vars along with the new file name. Once this is done it will need to report back that all files are successfully uploaded.

Most of this functionality is already available in the YUI uploader (you can find it here: http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/examples/uploader/uploader-advanced-queue.html)

Sorry for the short notice but this entire project needs to be complete by the end of this week and I will need time to integrate your work before then.
