Hi there

I am currently developing a wordpress blog and because of time shortage, I am looking for a freelancer to help me out.

Most of our blog has been developed so far, what still needs to be done is:

- Modifying a wordpress poll plugin so that it works the way we want;
Most polls work in a way that you select the form option and press the submit button to post your vote.
Our poll automatically needs to show the amount of votes in beams and when you click on one, the beams adjust and add your vote. When you click on another beam, your previous vote is deleted and added to the new one, adjusting all the beams width once again.

- Create a plugin that automatically tweets a new post when it is posted, creating a short-url linking to the post's permalink. The plugin needs to check and save the amount of retweets.

- We have a "tweeted"-block above our single-post comments. The block needs to show the number of retweets about the post. When clicked upon, it should link to twitter, posting the shortened permalink.
(Amount of retweets should come from the above plugin)

- In our sidebar, we want to display a list of our most visited posts, our most commented posts and our most tweeted posts.

- And we also need a custom archive page, displaying the posts of each category chronologically in archive pages


If the above tasks are completed satisfactionally within reasonable time and budget, other wordpress tasks will be made available.
