Description

I am looking for a programmer that is familiar with Wordpress and creating plugins to work with the software.

The plugin that I would like created would be similar to the donations/tips plugins that are out their but I would like a few changes made:

1. In exchange for a tip the buyer will receive a link back to their site, with information that they provide - a "no follow" must be added to these links.

2. The plugin would allow me to accept or deny links within the dashboard area.

3. The plugin would also allow me to select how many links I would like to have show up on my site.

4. I should also be able to set how much the tip would cost.

5. The plugin must integrate with Paypal for payments - I should be able to add my Paypal address.

I'm basically looking for something very similar to scratchback.com, except I do not want to have it set up as a service (Please have a look at their site and check out what they offer - in case I have missed some features listed above).
