Need word press membership plug-in, Brief Requirement is Below

1. Registration could be done by Visitor or using admin area
2. Registration can be payable (periodic) or free (fully / trial)
3. Registration will be activated after email verification
4. List will be approve by Admin / Editor (What Role We Define in Plug-in Options)
5. Members will be allowed to upgrade there membership by paying more fee when ever they may need to upgrade there level
6. Members Login for update there profile, avatar etc
7. Search / Sorting can be perform from Backend Field Wise
8. Open or restricted User Level search using widgets on sidebar (like if user want to see sex wise, age wise user list [or any filed we define in backend] they can see the Partial list if free member (or details list if registered user (what to show free user or what to register could be manage from backend plug-in option
9. Page restriction by membership level, what we want to show for which level could be restrict from backend
10. Winner announcement list in widgets
