Requirements:
- Front Page similar to current with a summary of all areas of site
- Javascript header menu similar to the one at: http://www.theprovidencelife.com
- CMS Control Panel, may use CMS of your choice with my approval
- Member Profiles and Gallery similar to Myspace / Facebook
- Multiple Event Calendars with pop-up details
- Forums / Bulletin Boards

- Business Listings similar to: http://www.providencenightlife.net/restaurantreviews.php
- Improved sorting / Filtering on business listings
- Improved Mapping features (ex. Pin Popups with Ratings)

- User Reviews will be very important to this site
- Newest Reviews on HomePage
- Ability to Rate and Reply to Reviews
- Similar to: http://www.yelp.com/biz/east-side-pocket-providence

I need a reliable, hard working individual or group of people that can see a large project like this through to completion.
I have a large budget but I know what I want and will not settle for below average work.

There are BONUSES for suggesting and creating other enhancements that I have not thought of.

I need to see previous work you have completed similar to this, I will put a lot of emphasis on visual appeal. Must be Nice Looking and Easy to Use! If I like what I get, there will be constant ongoing maintenance and updating at a rate to be determined.
