Integrate website with Jamroom (www.jamroom.net) and contact importing appliation into a photoshop designed webtemplate
create promotional widgets and applications
Provide a way to split commissions four ways from one purcase and a way to pay out (automated if possible and feasible)
perform website maintenance
complete project within one month or less. (negotiable)

I have been using PHP and Joomla, and Drupal for a long time now. About more than 5 years. I am familiar with everything you are asking for. I supouse you are going to provide with the License for Jamroom, as well as the specific plugins or details you wish to acquire or add to your site; as well as the name for your site and ftp and access information necessary. I am have been programming since I was 13 years old and I love it !. I would ask you for half before start and half when delivering. And I will make sure also that the site stays in line after finished
