Description:	I would like to have a professional, corporate looking website created from scratch with logo design. The site will offer the following services to short-term housing providers: - Take orders of utility set-up (connection) requests. For example they will ask me through the site to set up gas, electric, phone to a certain apartment (or change of service or disconnect). Order will be taken through similar to: http://www.corporateconnectionsinc.net/page/page/1037280.htm (Very similar layout and fields) - When order is placed through the site, an email is sent to me with the order details. - When order is placed, the client (who placed the order) will have a profile set-up automatically, where order details can be viewed anytime by logging in. (Besides email-address field, a password field will as for password for future log-ins, where order and already set up utility account#'s can be viewed anytime) - I will have the option to add account# (or service#) of the utilities set up (for example account# of the gas, electric, phone I just set up) so when client logs in, the account# is always visible for the order placed. - Besides the order form, I will need few empty menues such as "Home", "Contact Us", "FAQ", "Testimonials" which I will fill out later. The site needs to look proessional and images, graphics, or pictures used for the site provided by site-builder. I will provide the exact field names upon granting the project but the main logic and complexity is described. I need to see progress, so please have the site on your server while building it or I can provide server space. I put money in escrow and pay upon completion of the project. Thank you for your time.
