Description

Need php programmer to do the following:

Recommended but NOT required to use PHP's fsockopen function to send the data over. Here are some
examples for the programmer:

This is basically how I send data over with .NET using the WebClient
object and get return data in real time. It will be a good idea for
the programmer to save the data that is returned into the database AND include that data in the emails that get sent to us.
