Description

Programming a bilingual website in 2 languages. From .jpeg to HTML / CSS.

1 form to post resume and job profile + DB related to this form in CMS.

Cross browser check.

Code must be indented, documented and well organized.

2 payments, first $300 on friday march 7th if: 1 page is 100% final HTML / CSS and DB corrections are completely done. second $400 march 14th when project is final and uploaded 100%.

The project must be all completed before March 18th, 8pm (GMT -3). last payment will be made when project is completed and uploaded at 100%.
