Description

Hi,
I need someone to code a web page.
The page is already sliced and code to html.
General tasks:
1. The page is taking records user inserts/chooses on page and stores them on DB.
2. Presenting the user selection as thumbnails.
I will provide the DB structure in Excel file.
Some code functions can be supply (what is already exist in other pages).
please see the attached file.
Please post with experience url reference.
