Description

I require a SMS web portal I can use as a front-end to my SMS servers (SMPP/HTTP API). This portal shall be used by registered users to send SMSs via the following interfaces:

Email to SMS
HTTP API to SMS
SMS via SMPP

Registered users - after being verified by the admin user - shall be able to do the following:

- Create/update phone-book (shall have the ability to create group-profiles to associate numbers for bulk operations)
- Send SMS via above mentioned interfaces to a single number or in bulk
- View account activities (last loin, actions performed, list of SMSs sent, and balance)
- Update account profile (name, address, etc)

IMPORTANT: Number of SMSs sent shall be deducted from the user's balance (basic billing function)

Admin user shall be able to do the following:

Create registers users manually
Activate/deactivate accounts
View aggregate billing information
Configure accounts (set SMS routing)

This is not an extensive list and I welcome suggested features that you think are standard in such websites.

I would like the site to be simple, attractive and easy to use. One site I came across that I think could be used as a reference is www.esendex.co.uk

I would like the work to be done using PHP/AJAX/JAVASCRIPT/MYSQL. Integrating the website with the SMS servers will be done by myself.
