Description: We are in need of a full time developer to work with our business.

You must be well spoken in english, have exceptional skills in, design, ajax, php, mysql, javascript, flash & any others would be a bonus.

You must agree to using our project management system, we use dotproject, to keep records or tasks assigned to you.

We would like to pay you on per job basis, as in when job is complete and we invoice our customers, as soon as they pay us, we will pay you.

We have many jobs and just cannot complete them all ourselves.

First job, I want done is to program our dotproject management system so when we upload files, it uses http://digitarald.de/project/fancyupload/ so we can see progress of files being uploaded for you.

Please give me a good price for the above and you will have continued work, if you are the right developer you can complete this job with ease. If you look after us, we can farm out between $1000 - $2000 worth of work per month, providing deadlines are adhered to.

You must be available to be contacted via MSN, EMAIL, Phone and our project management system. We will assign you an email adress to use for our work only (This will be monitored)

We also need to be able to contact you 24hours in case of an emergency,
