Below are the 3 Scripts that we'll use and integrate with our site... Let me know what you think. I think once we integrate all 3 scripts we'll have a great site with lot of option for the users.. Please review and advise...

We'll use the Following script for the URL Submission Site:This will be in the members log in area only. Once the user log in by selecting the account they will be able to add their URL for Submission..

Using this script we can submit URL to directors if they provide in php and we are able to modify in provided script also this script we can modify to take URL in a auto-rotation bases and submit each URL to the search engines once every 30 days.

Now this script below we will also use in addition to the script above to provide tools for users to use who are non-members and members..and the 19 search engine submission will be on the main page for users to submit one site for free.

We can also add this script in the website & this will be a added option for the users to pay additional money once they log in to their account if they want to create back page links..

Third Script http://demo.phpdirsubmit.com/ you can create a Demo Login and user name to access to see the features.

It’s a useful script but I don’t know why this script is displaying select your price option when you submit a website in demo account and using this script we can submit on basic credits and we can submit only one site at a time using this script.

Free Home Page Submission will allow users to submit their website URL to 25 Search Engines. Now if they create an account then they will have more options for them to submit to 100's search engine.

Now this will be a membership website. We'll have 6 kinds of member. 1 will be a Regular member, Premium Member. Premium Plus Member, Professional Member & Professional Plus. (In the Membership Accounts there will be an option for users to upgrade and downgrade there subscription., Also we'll need an admin panel where i can control all the accounts and manage subscriptions.)

Now the Basic member will be able to create an account and submit up to 5 web URL of there website with 12 times submission within one year per website. Now the Submission will be done automatically every 30 days. Price will be $9.95/month or $75.00 / Year with auto renewal

Second Account- Basic Plus Member will be for People hosting up to 50 Websites. They can submit their 50 sites 12 times a year for a yearly members $275 or $29.95 / Month for the membership with auto renewal until cancel.

Third Account - Premium member will be for people with up to 100 Websites. they can submit their 100 sites x12 times a year for a yearly membership for $475.00 or $49.95/Month
Now the Premium Plus Membership will be for Web Developers & Clients with up to 500 websites. They will pay $99 / Month or $775 per year for the membership with auto renewal until cancel.

Now the Professional Membership will be for Web Developers & Clients with up to 1500 websites. They will pay $199/Month or $1495 per year for the membership.

Now the Professional Plus Membership will be for Web Developers & Clients with up to 5000 websites. They will pay $299/Month or $2495 per year for the membership.

Now all the accounts should have an option to upgrade automatically. Client should be able to add their web URL and Save on " My Web URL" page within their account.

All the URL will have a Submit Button at the end of the URL for the clients to submit their website. It should also provide the last date of submission and a

Report link for them to view that which Search Engine their website was submitted to and to which sites it was not submitted.

If some sites require a manual submission then a link for manual submission page. On the manual Submission page there should be link for all the manual submission sites Link such as GOOGLE< YAHOO<MSN.. etc.

We'll have some addition pages for clients to read through and get some knowledge.
Please provide me with the time frame on this project and a reasonable quote as you are not creating any new custom scripts just modifying existing script.
