Description

Hello,

I've a very small task in PHP / XML. I'm developing a website and I need a Tender upload and viewing script. Please visit the following link for your reference. I want similar to this.

There will be 3 pages

1) User login page (no user registration required, 5 preset uid/pwd)
2) Tender Uploading Page ( Tender Detail post & .doc/.pdf upload)
3) Tender Viewing Page ( People can see the tenders and download the .doc/.pdf file)

Bidders from India will be preferred (so I can pay through ICICI/UTI) I need to get it done as early as possible, as soon as your job is done you'll get the payment instantly. If you can impress me I'll consider you for all my asp/php/xml projects and this will be a start of a long term tie-up.

By the way, I've got the file uploading script in php. If you need it I can give it to you so you can use it in this project. Though I know most of you got file uploading script with you.
