Requirements:

Website Design:

We will provide 5 unique design templates as guide for each of the front end pages to look like.

Site should reflect the feel and design of the following sites:
www.Caps.fool.com
www.hypem.com
www.ask500people.com



General Coding Requirements:

SQL database
Advanced Ajax font end
Java script based template
Integration with google maps (mashup)
RSS integration


Database and Tracking Requirements:

IP address locator
Zip code database – will provide for USA
Global city database (including coordinates)
Session tracking by cookies
Simple database searching
Tracking all onsite activity including IP, date, time, and actions
Comments for each item
Calculate statistics based on database information
Calculate numbers based on provided formulas


Required Ajax Scripts:

Suggested entries in dropdown while data is entered (auto suggest)
Multiple areas to select dropdowns to pull up new data on screen
Other ajax coding to make nice features/effects for website


Required Functions:

After every 3 or 4 search sessions run, user is required to enter data into a simple form. X numbers of fields are required for a successful entry (controllable from admin screen)
Allow cookies to store site preferences for users


Admin page:

View all data in a simple Ajax based layout
Stats of all major actions taken on site
Have ability to make sections active or inactive at any time
Change text in about us, and related pages
Get live data about users on site at any time
Ability to change formulas at any time
Send out information to users on a mailing list
Ability to change layout of the site for sections on the front end
