I have a file that needs some work doing to it:

I need to make some fields on this form mandatory. I need this done REALLY QUICK. These are easy changes but if you do not do quickly then I have to find someone else because we cannot do any work on the form until this part is finished.

1. Title
2. First Name
3. Email address
4. Job title
5. Subjects taught
6. Job Type
7. Age ranges you teach (one option or more must be selected)

Then when Supply or Permanent selected then more inputs appear. And some of these are mandatory:

8. Flat or house number
9. Street name
10. Post code
11. unique password

12. In a typical week...
13. In a typical month

ERROR MESSAGE: Should appear in a java popup (see. www.offersinthetimes.com/competition for an example of how errors should work)

Message should say: You must complete all of the required fields. Please ente: <missing field name as it appears on the form>
