Description:	I need a template cut from a photoshop (psd file) into xhtml. Here are some basic requirements: -MUST be XHTML compliant -must use table-less layout -external css file only -semantic html is to be used. For example, using h1, h2 where appropriate, etc. -must work / be nearly identical in Firefox 2.x, IE 6 & 7, Mac Safari 3.x see comp notes / requirements doc attached. Also, there is a low quality jpg of the comp - i will email the selected provider the psd file. PM me any questions you might have. Additional files submitted: comp1.jpg comp1 notes.txt
