Description

I need the sports calculator from http://www.sportsarbitragebook.com/calculator converted to a php version. I have attached a screen shot with annotations so you will know exactly what I need. I'd prefer the bidder to have some type of sports betting knowledge because you will need to know how to convert US odds to Euro odds (decimal). A working example will need to be provided and demo'd once complete. It will need to be tested against http://www.sportsarbitragebook.com/calculator to make sure all the values are correct.
