Description

Hello, I am seeking an experienced programmer to develop a professionally working rotating slideshow on my websites splash page.

It will feature an admin system where I can easily login with password to (1) add/remove images, (2) add captions to images, sort the slideshow order, (3) manually set the speed of the slideshow, and (4) an optional hovering bar that will overlay the caption over the picture.

The optional hovering bar will only show if the photo image has a caption added to it.
