hi im looking for a social engine expert (and smarty expert) to edit out my site to make it something like points2shop.com .I DONT want a clone! I want something similar but better. This site is also a freebie website which is ran by offers/surveys. These come from affiliates. So if you have worked in an environment such as this then please do bid. if not then dont waste my time. Im also looking for someone from the UK or Europe due to the fact im also from here, so it would make things easier.
