THIS MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 15 DAYS IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS IN THIS TIMEFRAME PLEASE DO NOT BID!I am looking for a Web 2.0 design for my site. This is going to be a php website based on the Smarty template engine. If you do not have experience with SMARTY TEMPLATES then please do not waste my time.
Requirements:
Must run on Firefox, IE6,7 and Opera
The design will be tableless, driven by CSS and W3C compliant.
No flash!
Javascript is allowed
Payment: 50% in advance and 50% escrow that will be released when the project is ready.
There will be a "late fee" of 20$ for each day you'll go over the given timeframe.
