My last programmer has stopped replying to me. I paid her and there were a few bug fixes etc still to do but she has run out on me.

I have a few small websites and have small things to do from time to time as these expand or need changes. I will also build one or two new small sites over the next year.

I want someone to do some small things now who I can come back to for the next bits/changes/sites etc. I am easy going but I expect you to be responsible, business like and to do what you say, when you say to a professional stand with out me having to check everything you do.

I design most things in photoshop so you must have this programme and understand it. You must also be able to deal with Flash banners and small (flash) videos and animations made by me, always produce stands complient code that works for both Mac and PC and understand myspace pages.

Most of the things I want are small/simple things if you know what you are doing. I have been producing sites for about 10 years so I will know if you don't. Most of the things I do are adult/with models.

Right now I just have 3/4 hours of small bug fixes and some small bits to do so just bid on this basis. I am just one guy, my sites are small at the moment so I can not afford to pay very high rates. Please show me relevant links and that you have read this.
