Description
Dear all,This is a project to build from scratch:
1) 4 basic front-end pages to present a company
2) 1 secure client/employee-login script for clients to access file protected download page and for employees to access database interface page
3) 1 front-end interface page for company employees to search for and edit client meeting information which will be held in a mysql database and associated tables etc
This project will not require any e-commerce, I imagine only php and mysql plus some ajax for the login.
I will add a detailed explanation of each of the above at the end of this project description, but before I do...please read the following carefully:
1) I will provide programmer with ftp and mysql access only.
2) I don't want to see copied dirty code, only clean, labelled, procedures with comments where necessary for me to be able to make further adjustments after project completion
3) I only work with native English speakers, if after project begins I am left to deal with people in your team/company who cannot speak english completely fluently, i will terminate the project and you will not be paid. I have wasted way too much time dealing with non-english speakers in the past...
4) I expect any request for communication to be replied to within 24 hours unless agreed to prior, that programmer is unavailable. Failure to communicate leads to project termination.
5) All code must be completely cross-browser compatible
6) The below description is a DESCRIPTION and not exhaustive although it is as fair as possible a description of what I expect from this project. Please allow a margin for some minor additional work which cannot be foreseen at this stage, such as formatting, layout changes, font changes etc
7) I work to deadlines, I envisage this taking no longer than 10-15 days. If you don't think you can do it in that time frame please do not bid.
In return for my seemingly strict rules, you will get clear and concise instructions and a detailed project plan, I will not waste your time, I know exactly what I want and how I want it done. But please, in return, do not waste my time!

---Project Plan---
1) Home Page: This will have a similar layout to www.maninvestments.com but much less text/links and different pictures/logos. The floating ajax login/register box will use a secure system to query the 'web_users' table of the mysql database to check if they already are registered. If not they will have a disclaimer to agree upon before being taken to a new_user form which will alert me via email whether or not i wish to accept this new user by clicking on either an accept link or a reject link embedded in the email. Successful login starts a session which allows user to access 'clients' link on home page.
2) Contact Page: This will have same layout as home page but with a simple text box with contact information for the company
3) About Page: This will be as the contact page but with different text
4) Clients Page: This will be as the contact page but with different text and in addition some links to download regularly updated pdf documents. Perhaps also an RSS feed for updated external information.
5) Meetings Page: this will only be accessible if current user session is an employee of the company, and it is the front-end to the meetings table of the database. There will be an autocomplete drop-down search box which queries either a company name or a person stored in the database and presents a list of the possible stored values which the user can then select from. A 'go' button when pressed will pull all stored meeting information for said person or said company. This information will appear in a table ordered by descending date, but there should be the flexibility to order by other fields also at the user's discretion. A 'new' button will create a new person/company in the database with the relevant form to be completed. There will be 2 distinct forms. The new person/company forms will include fields such as date, persons attending, company name, meeting notes, and perhaps 10 more fields which i havn't defined yet. Ajax may be required for some of the fields. There must also be the ability to delete stored information from the database through this page. Basically this needs to be a fully functional database management page. This part is really the core of the project.
